LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4: The 23rd level 'The Black Lake' in Harry Potter Years 1-4 competed 100% (read the full description for the times for each collectible item). This includes the student in peril, all 4 house crests and 3 character tokens. I am going to be making a complete guide for all 24 levels as well as the overworld (Hogwarts Castle) showing where every collectible item in the game can be found. I'm still not certain how it would be best to organize the overworld sections, but I do have all 24 levels recorded at this point as well as the students in peril and the all of the red bricks in Hogwarts. Below are the times for the all the recognized collectibles in this stage.

06:45 - House Crest #2 (Slytherin Crest) - Use Dark Magic on a chest and have a skeleton pull the boulders away.

08:17 - House Crest #3 (Hufflepuff Crest) - Use lumos to clear up all of the dark cloudy fluid from the water.
09:49 - House Crest #4 (Gryffindor Crest) - Shoot 6 bubbly looking creatures (#1 - 01:37, #2 - 01:38, #3 - 05:34, #4 - 05:38, #5 - 09:47. #6 - 09:48)

You need to use lumos to clear away all of the dark cloudy fluid from the water. I'm guessing you maybe missed a spot or two. Just swim around with lumos on until all of the dark fluid is gone.
