(HTG) Brian walks you through The Small Courtyard and Owlery FREE ROAM for Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4. Now that we are done with the STORY and FREE PLAY modes, we get back into our FREE ROAM videos. Our FREE ROAM videos will cover all Gold Bricks, Red Bricks, Student in Perils as well as all of the Character Tokens. Of course will have our Quick Links to get you to all of the important items and areas too since we will be clumping some of the smaller FREE ROAM areas together. We are using an infographic map of Hogwarts that was put together by RadiantViper and a link to the map can be found below. So just in case anyone has the same problem as me and can't get the 3rd disk: I read someone saying that they had to enable fast magic in order to get the 3rd one. Well, mine was already on, so I actually turned off all of my extra (red bricks) and then I was able to find the 3rd disk with wingardium leviosa. Before I turned everything off, I couldn't select it.

I completed all the story mode and free play levels. But the clock town courtyard door, the one with the swinging pendulum, is not open. I don’t know if I missed something in the other modes or what happened. No video I’ve found has addressed how to get it open. It’s like everyone else’s opened by magic...literally. Does anyone have any thoughts?

have you tried going from the left or the right once you go in that area? cause you can’t just walk straight in you have to go either left or right…. i only say that bc i don’t think you have to unlock it. i think it’s already unlocked??

Has anyone else experienced an issue where you cannot hit the 10 torches that get the Angelina character token? I have hovered the circle, I have free shot, and I have used B to hit them manually. Nothing seems to open it up. At 99.7% and this is the last piece.

SHOOT THE EGG!!! An owl will spawn which makes it possible to go up without using the timeturner!

I know I'm very late to this but I got this for Christmas on the Xbox 360 when I was like 9 or something and my brother would usually use the Xbox and not share me being the Harry Potter fan at 9 years old had no idea what to do or how to play then we got the Xbox on e last Christmas so my brother plays overwatch on it now so I WAS LIKE YAYYYYY so I decided to look through lego games I have no completed and found Harry Potter years 1-4 (I want the 5-7 super badly so I'm gonna save up) so I played it and realized how fun it was my 9 year old self completed 10.8% my new 12 year old self has completed 71.1% to this moment when I was watching how to complete it I watched pack Ta pack or something like that and I enjoy yours so much better because u actually talk and tell what I need compared to silence and being bored in my seat

Is anyone have this problem cause I do. I am playing lego harry potter collection on my Nintendo Switch and outside the owlery on the far left us a picture frame with what looks like legs waving inside the picture frame and I don't know if it's a student in peral or not. But I can't get to it or use any magic on it and it has both me and my Mom questioning it. If anyone knows how to solve this please reply thanks.

My best advice is to follow along with our video as we grab everything that is needed on the area. It is possible that something loaded incorrectly and this can often be fixed by restarting your Switch. Hope this helps!

I'm playing the Xbox One version, and I seem to be stuck in the 'past' version of the owlery. The Time Turner clock isn't showing up at all. Any suggestions? She's the last I need besides Voldemort :(

You have to get rid of the Disc inside of the player otherwise you cant pick up the disc from inside

Hmmm, I assume you have tried restarting your system? Sometimes the game will load funny and often a restart will correct the issue.

It might be the one where you have to use the timeturner, and then go to the top floor.

I personally have not. However, when my son was younger, I would allow him to play games and he did this like 5 times. Would change the game's language so I couldn't tell what was what.. and he managed to delete data a few times as well. Not sure you have others that have access.. hopefully not the case! What system is this happening to you on?

@@HappyThumbsGaming it's on xbox360, I don't use Xbox live and no one else has access. I've just loaded up to finish off and get 100% then the very first cutscenes plays instead of taking me to gameplay that's how I know something's up Hopefully 5-7 doesn't have this problem

beckyness, I was at my wits end with this ‘glitch’ too & was about to throw in the towel...BUT I figured it out & I hope I can still help! Every time I entered the Owlery I thought you had to use the time turner in order for the 4th owl to appear & activate the elevator. However, upon entering the Owlery do NOT go to the time turner & instead look to the maze on the wall to the left of it (if you already used the time turner it will not be visible, so exit the building & reverse all the way across the long staircase back INSIDE the courtyard, wait for the game screen to load, & then go back outside & head to the Owlery once again). When looking at the maze I noticed an egg inside on the top left...levitate it down through & out to the bottom right. Once it’s out on the floor, shoot at it & it should immediately transform into the 4th owl & activate the elevator. As soon as I ascended (without using the time turner) everything on the top floor was reset & the brick/character token indicators were flashing! Play the first 2 records (hit the player to make it stop playing each one) & then go to the right most drawer & levitate the last disc out...& you should be in the clear! Now time to get Voldemort & score 100% completion! 😄

@@JenWick007 thanks for the tip. I'm not sure if it worked. I didn't need to do the owl in the maze bit. That was already done. But the draw with the 3rd disc in started sparkling when I went back into the room. I turned on fast magic and I managed to get the 3rd disc to play. But it hasn't given me the trophies lol. I've got the game now to 100% but not got the trophies for the 100% and then the one for getting all trophies lol. Maybe it will be the time I go back on it. Thanks muchly.
