That top floor apartment is just insanely detailed and intricate to build. I have never built one of the modulars, but I have watched videos on all of them and this one is definitely the most interesting for me. What an awesome set!

Well, I was really hoping for purely residential building this year. Than after first pictures published I thought that only ground floor is used for pub, while two upper floors are residential. Now I see that only top floor is actually some small apartment. The building itself is really awesome, but citizens of my LEGO City are lacking places to live. Personally I find it a little bit disappointing.

Yeah so we thort. Residential town house s with shop s at the bottom .well the shop part prediction was Wright ..But not to be for the residential town house. Part. .just show s. No info. Dident get leaked .of this set . But few weeks on. Seen the pic s of this moduler. Yeah Manny saying it more looks like a pub..cas UK pub s sure look like it.

Yeah that's true and why do they bring back the green plate. They should stick on gray plate

@@cpn.1772because the green plate gets covered by gray tiling anyways and the green is used in the back for grass, so it really doesn't matter because if it was grey you'd be covering it with tiles anyways too lol. unless it's on a clear shelf or you care about the tiny sliver of green you can barely see it really doesn't matter not matter at all and it's cheaper

You’re better off getting Assembly Square if you can as it’s a retired set. This set will be around for years. Assembly is the largest in the modular set and an absolute joy to build.
