I dont know why but on PC version i cant get the 10th minikit. T-rex dont charge 3 times.

matniz matnizka That stinks. Have you tried changing any of your visual settings and re-tried? I don't know much about PC gaming, but that has helped in the past on LEGO titles on PC.
