I wish they could have done mech for every ninja not just Zane & Kai (which is part of more expensive set). It would be more fair for kids get their favorite ninja in cheap price. Designer even had sketch for Cole's mech so I thought they'd make one for everyone. It would also been like Bionicle in a way.

Maybe they will. I suspect they'll do something along those lines if they release another core line.

Nah. LEGO really doesn't need to. Besides, the designer of the new system posted sketches of his preliminary models. It's way more likely I took inspiration from that.
