With the help of you and everyone's comments I was able to get my last missing character red she hulk, thank you. The missions for finesse & striker didn't show up because I used cheats to aquire them but besides them I just did them in order until I got to the 8th mission then I got her token. I hope this helps anyone else having the same problem.

@@KINGPROPHET101 I eventually got all the characters so I don't 100% remeber, I know agent Carter spawns more then 1 place so you'll have to go to each place and figure out which mission you've done.

Yeah i got this glitch too its pretty much unfixable. I deleted the game and redownloaded, nothing. So basically if you've got this glitch, its tough luck youll just have to make a new game and start over

+TheYellowYoshi the quest will be there but 1) you need to make sure you do the previous quest and 2) they won't show up on the mini-map but if you go to the location she should be there...quest detector can help...also yes it will be because of cheat code hat it doesn't show up on the map
