...Why the hell didn't they make it so that his legs are molded in two colors like they did with other non-toy minifigs? By not doing that (or even printing on the sides of the legs), they made him look like he's wearing a purple speedo with knee-length pieces of fabric hanging off the front. Other than that, great character, and glad he's actually voiced by Lou Ferrigno.

+Nicholas Prasad There won´t be one, I had the same issue and just found a solution. You used cheat codes to unlock characters (speed is one of them), just go see where to do speed mission, the the character form the central park will unlock (after speed mission is done). Same goes to any other sequence character you´ve prevoiusly unlocked with code :) Hope it helps
