I think that minifig looks perfect,but that wing while nice looking, I have two problems, there's these big light gray bricks, I mean that is not on the vulture's wings, at least not that color. Second, so the vultures wing are big, no doubt, but these are WAY too big, just look, he can't even reach the ground.

Ilike the use of the new helmet mold for vulture, if it were more accurate the price for the set would presumably scale to a more complex/unique mold, also plove these brick-built wings as opposed to a fixed mold a la comic book version vulture. Vultures wings are larger than Falcons wings so if they made a piece similar to falcon, I think it would be too risky, the modl may end up being too cumbersome and fragile considering the wings design and scale in relation to the minifig.

A while ago, Marvel released concept art of Spiderman fighting Vulture and Lego tried to recreate it using the civil war Spidey, and they made a really quick Vulture with Brick-built wings that are different from this, so what I'm going to do if I get the Vulture set is I'm going to try to build the wings from the Lego concept art picture that they did and try both sets of wings on Vulture and see what I like better.

For Iron Man they changed the bit directly underneath the arc reactor to be a bit more round, so it isn't the exact same design
