Oh me too, as much as I enjoyed squishing the old poly bags and trying to figure out the contents, it's much quicker and easier to use the scanner app to get what I want.

this will not happen. Fortnite and star wars are under contract with hasbros to produce action figures and lego cmf figures legally go under action figures catalog and hasbros has exclusive rights to sell fortnite and star wars action figures. Hasbros has gone to court with Lego for this when they sold exclusive minifigs for star wars by themselves and Lego lost the case. This is why you don't see or ever will see Star wars cmf series along with fortnite as well. Even when the contract ends with hasbros they will instantly renew it because of the amount of revenue it gives.

I highly doubt we'll ever get a Star Wars series because they will have no exclusive minifigures due to the fact that most of the characters in different outfits already exist as a minifigure in sets and there are very few characters that don't exist as minifigures. The only minifigures that I can think of that doesn't exist in a set would be kylo ren topless, padme pregnant, Dexter jetster and sy snootles. It worked for the Harry Potter series because it was the first time to get updated minifigures and characters in outfits that have never been seen in minifigure form such as harry with invisible cloak and dumbledoor from the later movies

Definitely will be following this to see what mini figs they do now. I'd be interested in seeing another Rock Raiders or Power Miners callback. Someone else mentioned Aqua Zone which would be another cool callback. They could also have another call back to Space Police or Spytron.

I would love for them to revisit some older themes, by the looks of things Lego are slowly going through their old catalog and teasing us with castle abs pirates but fingers crossed for more!

I really hope its a DC CMF series 2,since the first one gave us new characters like Mr.Miracle,Stargirl, Simon Baz Green Lantern,Jay Garrick Flash,Metamorpho, Bumblebee and Huntress, I hope we get new ones like Wildcat,Red Arrow,Aqualad, Psycho Pirate, Black Adam and Hush.

Unfortunately they will never do a Star Wars one. They can get away with releasing foil bags (or paper bags now) with magazine issues in certain countries but they will never do a full CMF series. I think it’s because of a conflict in the licensing agreements Lucasfilm (now Disney) has that limits which companies can release individual action figures of the characters (and yes CMF count as action figures under their legal arrangements with other toy companies I believe).

Yeah I read that as well, something to do how hasbro has the action figure licence and doesn’t want to split the profits? Which I can understand but as a owner of many a minifgure and action figure I would happily bye both 😅
