Of course! The BrickArms are necessary for some details or the weapons of your figures, as ling as you don‘t want them to hold star wars rifles. You aren‘t allowed to use fake Lego, for example cobi or this chinese stuff. Except the weapons, everything should be ,ade out of original lego. TMC figs are printed on real lego bodies, so they work too.

Tbh there're a lot of custom minifigures which are not Lego body based and also great. Especially in the entire China topic in the early 20th century there almost no Lego based customs. Just explain pls why you chose this rule

Lego has a patent on their figures. It is illegal reproducing them and I don't want to support this.

While I have a lot of lego pieces to use, most are chinese copies just like the minifigures. In the case of the minifigures, I do understand your position, since as you say, Lego maintains the patents on them. But in the case of the blocks it is different I think.
