This really shows just how close the battle was, and how well both sides fought. I was actually a little confused because I knew the French won, so when it looked like the Russians had won and the battle was over I was like wait, that didn't happen, but then more people showed up :-)
@irov58845 жыл бұрын
"This really shows" so you base your historical knowledge on Lego videos ? Actually the Russians were far more numerous than the French, the war was already lost for the French since the beginning, and yet they won the war because the only thing Napoléon wanted was Moscow so the Russians leader would surrender. But they didn't and the winter, the famine and the diseases defeated the French, but the Russians got their ass beaten so hard.

Brilliant! This is one of the best enlightenment-era stopmotions I have ever seen! Although it’s overshadowed by the brilliance of the film, I did have a few vexations. I didn’t really find the cannon bursts to be all that satisfying, which is incredibly minor, along with the odd “Roman legion” look to the French curassiers. The largest problem I had was that although it was a Russian victory, more Russians died than French. I think there should have been either less French deaths or more Russian deaths to even it out. Other than that I am in awe.
