I think day of the departed is my favorite set wave. I haven’t gotten the season nine sets yet, but they may be a close second. I don’t have too many possession sets, which I kind of regret because looking back those sets are amazing, just over priced.

Soons of Garmadon: I dont like the gang of Garmadon. I only like Mr. E,Killow and Ultra Violet. I just like these sets: Mr. E vs Zane,Lloyds Nightrider (i dont know the name) and the base of the Gang. 10. Hunted: This wave is OK.These sets are cool: The mother of dragons,Jays Elektro Dragon,the dragon temple and the dragonhunter truck.But the rest of the sets arent very cool. 9. Hands of Time: I love Acronix.And the Time-Blades are very cool.I like the mini set for 10 dollars.The time machine of Krux and Acronix is a very good set and the fusion dragon.The rest - i dont know. 8. Skybound sets are OK. I dont like Nadakhan himself,but the minifigure is awesome! These sets are nice: Kais and Nyas bike fight with squify,The black Spider Ireland,The flying Shark from Flintlocke and Jays Dragon. But Nadakhans flying pirate ship costs too much money. And i dont like the minifigures in there. Only Nadakhan. 7. Day of Departed: Sensei Yang is a nice minifigure.I like these sets from this wave: Zanes Titanium Bike,Coles Earth Bike (with the two stone warriors),The Samurai X Cave,Sensei Yangs Temple and the Ultra Sonic Raider 2.0. But i dont like the rest of the sets.The Episodes are OK. 6. The Final Battle: The Episodes are great! And the sets too! I like these sets: Kais Firemech,Coles Earth driller,Stone Warrior Bike and the Garmatron. I like the Stone Warrior designs and i love the Ninja Suits. And Garmadon is awesome! With his Helmet of Shadows is he very,very,very awesome! But the Temple of Light istnt good.The design of the temple is awful and boring. 5. Rebooted: A very good wave.The Nindroids a very cool designt and the Techno Blades are funny and nice.The Ninja Suits are nice.These sets are cool: Zanes fying vehicle,Cryptors vehicle,Over Bork Attack,The Robo Dragon,Kais Car,Kais flying Jet,And attack of Ninjago City. Very cool wave but there are 4 better waves. 4. Possesion: I love the ghosts! And the Evil green Ninja is soooooo awesome.The normal Morro is cool and all minifigures are cool.I love the set designs and these are very nice: Attack of Morro Dragon,the final fly with the destinys bounty,Wraiths Cycle Bike,The City of Stiix,Master Wus Dragon,Jay Walker One and the Mecg Battle: Zane vs Bansha. A very cool wave and i am happy. 3. Anacondrai: We are going to the top 3. The 3th place is the Anacondrai wave.Master Chen and the Anacondrai are one of the best minifigures! These sets i like: Anacondrai Temple (one of my favourite sets),Titanium Dragon,the two sets under ten dollars,Lloyds Jungle Bike,Jays Elektro Mech and the Anacondrai Copter.But I dont like the Samurai X Car. 2. Pilot wave: I love Samukai,Garmadon and the Sekeletons! I like all of these sets! My favourite set is the fire temple. 1. Rise of the Snakes: The best wave ever! I LOVE THE SNAKES SOOOOOO MUCH!!! AND THE SETS TOO!!! AND THE EPISODES TOO!!! I LOVE all of the sets! The best design EVER! And the best set from all Ninjago is: THE SNAKE TRUCK AMBUSH!!! The snakes vehicles are SOOO COOL! I love the Ninjas in the old suits! My Favourite minifigure is Fangtom,the Fangpyre General! The Fangpyre are the best! #FangpyreArmy Thats my opinion!

Oh my God thank you. It's my favorite too! I just love the snake vehicles and the great devour. I like the new head molds they did with the snakes and the new helmets which lasted all the way until day of the departed. The green ninja is cool aswell. #Pythor.🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍

I think the downfall of the Final Battle wave is that there aren't more sets. The easier to produce sets were there, lacking some of the really cool ones. I can kind of understand why, since LEGO was planning to kill off Ninjago, so just pushing out some easy sets makes sets. Also, I agree that the Oni Titan is just sooo awful. I don't like it whatsoever.

It does make sense. After all we have seen that once a theme dies the sets don’t move. I also think that they might have had a lack in faith on moving the bigger sets out. I remember the Epic Dragon Battle and Ultra Sonic Raider sticking around at my local Toys R Us stores until around summer 2014

To be perfectly honest it’s nice we got an ending. Sometimes LEGO just drops the theme completely. Look at Chima, Bionicle, and Nexo Knights. None of them really got a good finish

As much as I don't really like The Lego Ninjago Movie, I gotta admit that TLNM has the best sets through out the history of Ninjago, and definitely deserve the 1st rank on the list. The weakest set to me should be 70611 Water Strider for Nya, while others (especially the Ninjas' mechs/vehicles) have really great builds and scales to minifigs, lots of modular buildings are presented,... I'm on the hunt down for the Ninjas' mechs & vehicle because they're just too awesome compare to the sets we have through out different seasons (that does not necessary mean that other sets are bad though).

Nice video. I would put the ninjago movie list very close to the bottom though. It does have some great sets but it’s not actually part of the ninjago show so it just kinda feels off for me. I wouldn’t of included this wave in my ranking but very good video. Maybe you can do another ranking soon with the legacy and forbidden Spinjitzu sets being out. Great vid 👍

the rebooted temple did not come with the x1 ninja charger that was a completely different set also the lego ninjago movie shouldn't count as real ninjago because the suits aren't like the old suits via season 6, 5 an so more but the also changed the looks of the ninja the story line an got rid of spinjitsu and made it into a stupid technique for practasing! lego made the changes in sog to attract new kid fans but then the older fans just left because the show was basically ruined

Final battle wave is awful, garmatron and warrior bike belong in the garbage, temple of light is terrible temple and mediocre mech, the fire mech was good but not really memorable, earth driller is a massive down scale from the show but it is okay, the golden dragon is the only stand out from this wave, but the wings are too weak and lack of ankle articulation holds it down, and worst of all, we did not get an overlord dragon. Overall the wave is garbage

In the perspective of a fan from the original series, then yes you might not like them because they look odd and don't fit in the original series. But as a builder/creator in general, you might have to think again, as many sets are great (in building technique, scale and good pricing), putting the Ninjago label a side.
