Man, this song is very nostalgic. Ninjago was a huge part of my childhood and I remember when it was just the original 4 ninjas, Lloyd being a spoiled brat, Nya being Samurai X and the serpentine led by Pythor. Another thing I've noticed is that Lloyd already appears to be the Green Ninja here, despite the fact that this music video was released a few weeks (9th November 2011) before his introduction in S1 E1 in "Rise of the Snakes" (which first aired on 2nd December 2011), which is nice foreshadowing and that he was never meant to be an evil villain like his father (you can also see the green five on his shirt). Lloyd has gained so much character development throughout the series from his introduction as naugthy troublemaker to today in Dragons Rising as teacher having his own students.

If you watched the old season of Ninjago as a kid, I know a few things about you 1 - you are a boy 2 - you still remember the following facts: - Kai and Nya used to work at his parents blacksmith - When you saw Jay, Cole and Zane for the first time, they all had black suits - The ninja were fighting skeletons and were searching for the golden weapons - Jay was the first ninja to do Spinjitzu - Lloyd used to be a little brat, trying to follow his fathers footsteps - Lloyd set the snakes free - Everyone was thinking about who could become the green ninja - Zane being a nindroid used to be a hell of a plottwist - the fight against the great devourer used to be the best final of season 1 I absolutely loved this show as a kid and people could say that I was extremely addicted to it

I've been watching Ninjago since the very beginning and it's insane to believe that almost 13 years this show is still my favorite. Pretty much my 3 year old self loved this song and the show, 13 years later at the age of 16...nothing has changed. Ninjago, The Fold, and the legendary The Weekend Whip will always be my childhood. I'm sure I'm not the only Ninjago fan here but no matter how old this gets, when I become a mom or whatever, I'm showing my future kids this, it's too good not to hear.
