Do you have a blue print or anything like that? I've been thinking about making a real deal nes in a lego case and this is by far the best case I've ever seen. better then functioning ones even! You really did nail the shape of the case!

Little does he know lego actually made an nes inspired by his. Now lego should make hopefully in the future a Nintendo SNES or a N64. What else maybe gamecube i guess.

It's made from 100% Lego parts, so no, you cannot play it. I probably could fit an NES's guts in there though, there is quite a bit of space inside. :)
