Anyone have any advice on how I can get it to look like that on the Wii? I dug it up from my basement and don't recall the game looking as pixelated as it does now. It's in no way that bad, but it's most certainly not as good looking as the video - any suggestions?

This is played on xbox360 which is way more powerful in the graphics department. You will never get the wii to look as good as this

That’s your brain making you think it looked better. Most games back then were in 720p or 1080p but the Wii only was able to display 480p. Pretty much any game that wasn’t developed exclusively for the Wii is gonna look like that sadly. Nostalgia only gets us so far
