Lego Racers 2 - Part 5: Xalax (End) - No Commentary (HD PS2 Gameplay)

Fun times building cars and racing them in this one. I recall there was a trick with the drill missile where if you held down the "item" button you would cling on to it for a small boost on straights. Of course, you could end up hitting yourself if you weren't careful. Was curious as to why you didn't use the brick boost, but I guess the game is not that challenging from how the gameplay shows.

The brick boost is kinda useless, but you have to get hit a lot to get a full bar

I remember that, too. It was really fun but risky if used in the wrong place. That's another reason to invest in car durability

The last time I played this I had my traction and power boosted and left my shielding with no boost and I could outrun the hound dog rockets with ease 🤣 one of my favorite things to do in the early races on sandy Bay was to ride the drill torpedo after letting the other racers line up in front of me 🤣🤣🤣 though earthquakes are still my favorite ❤️
