holy shit, I could never beat this race... probably because as a kid I never used the handbreak; also I wonder why in Lego Racers 2 Rocket Racer is all depressed from that loss even though he seemed like a good sport in this ending.

This video taught me about the handbreak xD Idr if I managed to beat the final race or not but the handbreak sure would have made things easier.

going through a bunch of nostalgic games. Remember at school we had 1 laptop for kids that stayed afterschool with Lego Racers, N game, and some oldies I can't remember. I was the first to beat this race. Felt great.

There is a fun combo you can do on the 2nd and 3rd round. You have the teleport ready and after the finish line you either have the red or green brick. Pick the red one while you teleport and you reach the split section. With the cannon ball you are able to open the middle gate and get a second teleport almost immediately. I always loved that combo.

i remember when i beat this level at a friends house... we were at it for maybe 3 hours till we finally won!! his mom could make us shut up from scream "WE DID IT!!!!" childhood was great
