This is low-key the best priced set of the wave but the others aren't too bad. That tornado set tho is too much at 40

The launcher has to be there if the play feature requires it, otherwise it would be an expansion rather than a lower priced, smaller option. It would have been nice to have some different colour variants though. We have red, white and blue - an orange and white version, perhaps with a plain transparent speed sphere, for tails would be nice.

I built a custom set with sonic sitting in a chair around a table like this but bigger. He has three chlly dogs' soda and wattermellon. I took the bottlecap print tile and one I already had and used diferant colored pieces for diferant cans of soda. If I could finde a purple one I could have Knuckles drinking grape soda.

Great video. I find it kinda sad, that the ideas set that is based on a fan idea, making it kinda his, is getting so much hate lately. Don't get me wrong i think that set's eggman, sticker use and price is really bad but the hate of these things has gone so far that even Lego's Eggman commercial had a refrence to the ideas set sucking

Do you ever give a rating other than 7/10? LOL. I kid, but seriously, there’s no way this is in the same league as the other sets. The price is a bit much and there’s hardly anything exclusive here, making this very skippable unless you can’t afford any of the bigger sets. By the way, you can remove the “NOT FOR SALE” sticker if you peel it off carefully. That’s what I did when I used to get these review sets. It’s really annoying when they cover up part of the box art like here.

I think this is a good set to get mulltiples to get a good bunch of those tan and brown bricks for recreating that collor sceme in custom builds. I'v bin working on builds like that like a jungle and waterfall scene with Sonic and friends having a good relaxing time.

I agree. This is a decent way to get one of the Sonic dash sets in a cheaper way but if you are getting either of the others this doesn’t seem to really offer much you can’t get from the others. I plan on skipping this and the one set that features Amy (I can’t remember the name at the moment) and getting the other three sets

First off, incredible vid! I’m enjoying each sonic vid because I know I am willing to buy each and every one of them. Yet, I know this is a VERY NITPICKY thing to say, but I don’t really like the way Sonic’s eyes are slanted inward at the bottom for the normal variant of sonic, but is later on fixed in the winking sonic! Do you think you could bring that up in the next video so that maybe Lego could do something, now that your reviewing all the sets?
