it would cost millions of dollars for some of the larger ones, would take many many many years to build, and even if there was a place to build it, the weight of it would crush the lego bricks, and technic parts toward the bottom. id say the biggest that is feasible would be the ones comparable in size to the bus. Even that size is pushing it

This video is actually kinda helpful. I've always wondered how big a Lego model of the planet Earth would be if built to Minifigure scale. I always figured it might take a warehouse or two, but I didn't consider that it might engulf an entire city. Thanks for the insight.

A Minifigure scale earth would have to be 36 times smaller than in real life as Minifigure scale is at a scale ratio of 1:36 or just like the former super asteroid/moon (some people think it's a moon some people think it's a asteroid) Proteus

I actually used that Lego stud converter a while back to calculate the length of the Super Star Destroyer and they got it right. Roughly the same as the height of the Sears Tower. More than 1400 feet.

The reason legends has been made non-canon was not because disney thought everything about it was bad, they did it so it was easier to make their own canon. They have stated multiple times that they would pick a lot of good things from legends (Thrawn, the ships you just mentioned and maybe even the old republic as we've seen Malachor in rebels as well) to make them officially canon. This gives them more freedom while cleaning up the continuity errors of legends *plus* the idiotic things for example palpatine clones in one go. Disney's canon is new and not as expanded as it's ''legends'' counterpart but give it time and it will include just as much of the good stuff *Without* things like palpatine clones or Yuuzhan Vong for that matter :P.

Lucasfilm made that decision, just like every other decision made since Disney bought Lucasfilm and in 5 years barely any of you idiots have learned that it wasn't Disney's idea to bring them back. In the board game Halo fleet battles, if you would scale the size accurately with the small ship models they give you, the longest covenant ship (the CSO-class supercarrier) would be like six feet long. When the other models are like a few inches long.

wish they had a bigger scale that made it so there is compatibility between sets. so a frigate that can carry a number of smaller vehicles as they realistically should, i like sets where you can store mini-figs inside. a transport can really transport a few squads. maybe even make a custom line to make this model match for experimentation

Is the Cavegood AT-AT walker actually in minifigscale ? If you take a look at a scene from the Empire strikes back, you can see how big the walker is compared to Luke Skywalker. And if you put the Lego Rogue One AT-ST set next to the leg, it should reach up to the middle of the legs of the AT-AT walker. I did some research in Star Wars Battlefront, but the walkers there are not in the right scale, because the crewmembers should be able to walk through the neck without crouching. I am currently building a walker myself and I am trying to build it in the perfect size. But this video was very great ! 👍
