I believe DUVET might be referring to the blanket Padme uses in Bounty Hunter Pursuit. I can't imagine why it would've even been considered a playable character. Maybe it's just an actor rather than an unused character??

LIGHTSABRE is actually a prototype Mace Windu, made for early promo shots when the episode 3 minifigure wasn't finished yet.

Context for the unprovided: 3:00 Duvet - The duvet is a blanket in the cutscene of Bounty Hunter Pursuit that Padme sleeps in. 6:30 Magnet - In a few levels there is a magnet you can operate to get droids over gaps they can't jump over. 7:05 Medic - This medic also appears in the background of the ending cutscene of Episode 3 when Padme gives birth. 9:15 Pondababa - This is the guy that gets his arm cut off in the cantina. 11:20 - Steve Sansweet has had the largest Star Wars merchandise collection since Lego Star Wars was in development. There's not a lot of context for why they put him in the game or why he was cut. 12:32 - Sebulba is one of the guys Anakin podraces with. I don't think he was ever considered as playable so he might have been used for a cutscene. 12:55 - The snake is used in the level Dagobah. He can come out of the water and there's a full version of the snake with a tail. I'm not sure why this is a character or why it isn't the full version will the tail. 15:10 - This is a super obscure character. This droid belongs to Zam Wesell and I had no idea they were in the movies nor that they were in the cutscene. I might have missed some

12:12 my heart is broken, I just loved fooling and flying around in Yoda's hover chair in LSW1, and when I played the original saga and the complete saga and found out it wasn't in either of the two titles I was left heartbroken, it was fun. At least they should have left it as an extra!

Fun fact about the monk spider, there’s a glitch (at least in Lego Star Wars II for PS2) where if you’re playing the level they appear in, jump on one, ride it to the giant pit that you can fall into and die, and dismount as you’re dying, you’ll respawn as one of the spiders. Discovered that over 10 years ago at this point and still enjoy doing it when I boot up the game

The spider droids from Jabbas Palace can technically be played as in LSW2 if you do the death glitch that lets you play as a vehicle. Upon reaching 0 hearts, they immediately regenerate and drop studs. I’ve also noticed that the Sarlacc in the Pit or Carkoon is impacted by the Silhouettes extra and becomes black. That might be a side affect if it being a playable character in the files It also looks like NienNumb uses 4-LOM’s properties, being a droid who can throw thermal detonators and also having the same hurt sound.

pretty much everything that moves in the complete saga is classified as a character, characters are just whatever uses a GHG file, GHG files are necessary for anything that has "bones" the duvet probably uses its bone for movement when the duvet is pulled off padme

One interesting thing to note is that bonus characters (via extra toggle) will sometimes be exclusive to various stages. The Womp Rat, for example, can only be found on Tatooine. The Wampa on Hoth, etc.

Once I actually became the B'omarr Monk thanks to lag and a little messing around on Xbox live Co Op, just a few months ago. It could probably theoretically happen with any rideable. Basically my friend was afk, and I was pulling away too far while riding one, then I died off screen and couldn't respawn, so I disconnected and rejoined. Upon my return I was playing as just the monk without a "pilot," and was able to switch to and from it, and it would follow us as if it was part of our party throughout the rest of the level, taking the place of Chewbacca. We've tried recreating it but it just hasn't happened, which is why I've come to the conclusion that it was just due to lag.

Love the stark contrast between characters from the prequels and the originals. Such as the iconic wardrobe changes of the main cast and the satisfying change to a emerald green lightsaber for Luke, and the huge gallery of imperials compared to the 20 jedi in the prequels with various lightsaber colors, and just a more medieval feel to the clothing (sort of, hard to explain that one).

This character is different, he has similar but slightly different animations than Ghost Ben Kenobi and regular Ben Kenobi, like linterni said, perhaps he was used to test out the animations the custom characters use, that’s the folder this character’s from anyway.

By the way, at 5:17, where is this even stored at? I've never seen it! Also, if I remember correctly, Mawhonic has no animations by default, but can be given the Royalguards animations and works fine then. I think the reason NienNumb works like he does is because he uses a lot 4LOM's data for some reason. It's worth noting theirs some more that weren't featured in this video. A few I can remember off the top of my head are: DARTHSIDIOUS (used only in cutscenes) CURTAINS (used in the cutscenes at Jabba's Palace) SENTRYDROID (used only Mos Eisley Spaceport as a background character) R4-P17 (not to be confused with R4_P17 which is used, it's possibly a leftover from LSWI) Theirs another OBIWANKENOBI with an extra underscore that I think is yet another LSWI leftover. JUMP (some kind of unfinished Ewok with a very strange skeleton, I have no idea what this was meant to be) And I'd be here a while if I had to mention every single one of them. I am suprised the Cantina Aliens along with the Mos Eisley and Cloud City Citizens weren't shown here. 🤔

@@linterniGamer Yea I get that. TCS has a ton of characters and vehicles that are normally unplayable, it'd take forever to cover them all. I just looked and JUMP is in the EWOK folder, unsurprisingly.

You know.. one thing that I really find interesting is the model of Sebulba in this seems verrrry close to the minifigure made in 2011 for the pod racing set. Yet the game was released in 2007 if memory serves me right. I wonder if the developers had access to early/unreleased designs at LEGO when making the game.. just a curious thought.
