For the back I think you need one long 2 size piece that is in the middle to make it a little bigger the back wings look just a little to small if you added a grey 2 by 6 or something and put it in the middle of them to make them a little bigger I think it would look nicer and you wouldn't have to change the black pieces

You could've used the angled plates on the 2016 X-Wings, that go over the nose section. They're angled on both sides and are like 10-14 studs long (I don't remember specifically). They would've been great for those rear pointed wing pieces. And the one used in Poe's X-Wing is Black, that would've worked perfectly. I found the light gray for the rear of the cockpit - kind of jarring against the rest of the dark gray and black. But design wise?! LOVED it. Your overall shapes and approach make me drool.
