Hi, you have to hold that part strongly, cuz the ammo is pushing it always to a different directions, hold the black part and quickly add the gray bar to the hole to fix it.

Try to rotate them or to take out and push the top of pins and try again, this should work, if not then you can move the black frame, and trying to push the blue pins the same time.

That step is pretty easy, just insert the wing intro that 2 pins, if it doesn't fit and something is blocking place where should wing lay, then seems like there is a mistake that you have made before.
