Nice moc. Among all the ridiculous oversized SUVs the Americans make the suburban is my favorite one. Rent one when I was visiting my friend in seattle and the thing is absolutely amazing. Spacy(and I mean copious amount of space for an obese family of five and their food and impulse purchases), powerful and very stable. Nice vehicle.

I'm absolutely stunned on how you made this model, and especially with so many details - on top of it being radio controlled. A shame that there wasn't any more space for front suspension, though. I think it's also one of the first times I've seen a LEGO builder use 3D printed bricks to replicate the real life counterpart even more. Props to you for that, that requires some 3D printing knowledge! I'm amazed, and it takes a lot to amaze me with LEGO builds. Have a good one! - Classique, potential toolmaker at LEGO®

I like that you didn't put a fake engine, and the real engine is in the engine bay. To me, it makes it more realistic than fake engines. And except if the fake engine is activated by the movement of the wheels, I guess it wastes some torque that can go directly to the wheels.

But thanx for the advice, I can actually build RC MOCs that are kind of decent now, but I usually don't put lots of efforts on esthetics, I often keep a bare bone structure to save weight

Wow, this is an absolutely amazing design. I have not seen a MOC with this good of looks and functionality in a long time. In my opinion is better that some of Sariel's stuff. (No offense Sariel) I am impressed with how good the model looks on a whole and all of the techniques used to make the model so realistic. The functionality is amazing too, down to the opening trunk. It seems like this is the perfect form over function ratio. Even if it looked worse, I doubt that this model could do more. All of the angles and the shape of the doors are amazing. Would it be possible to have instructions for the model available? I would love to be able to build this, or at least learn from the amazing techniques. I have never designed anything at this scale, though it looks like a good scale to build stuff in. Did you buy parts from bricklink for the model? It looks so good. I love the integration between technic and system to make an overall great model. Subscribed.

I'm sorry to say, there will be no instructions for this model, because of the time it would take to create them. But yes, it's probably the best scale of two worlds, large enough to fit a decent amount of functionality and detail to the overall look, yet small enough to make it fairly well performing as an RC model.
