The season was mid at best. One thing I’d take away though, they made a new sniper called Heavy Impact Sniper (not the heavy sniper, the other one) which did 300+ damage to cars and they added the Magneto Power which did over 400 damage to cars.

Here's the point correctly. One, Fortnite is not a rip-off of Call of Duty, and also not a style of Call of Duty. Fortnite is the most popular game is becoming something new like Minecraft which Collabs makes most popular game between this game, Minecraft, Call of Duty and some others. Two, you always miss the original Fortnite. It doesn't matter that you want to go back to the old Fortnite. Epic made good decisions on this game to make something new to understand people of the internet. Not a bad decision. I like new good stuff at Fortnite that people in present and future. Metallica barely lasted and all it saw was a Guitar and Metallica loot island, Magneta just brought his powers, Falls guys brought a tiny course. Those are not updates. Summer event was 3 rewards how is that an update and no one cares about that terrible ugly Tesla which again was not an update since it was literally a car reward Pirates changed a lot added a few items, new POIs, new NPCs.

100% agree with you, it feels like this dude played this season for an hour, made little to no research even for the most basic things like the loot pool. And over all this video tells me that he uses a shotgun or SMG or ar once and that's it for example: he says that the dmr shots very slowly while that was true at the beginning of C5 s2 that is NOT the case in C5 s3 because they buffed it in the first week of C5 s2 to have an increased fire rate and as a day 1 dmr hater I think this one is actually really good. Another example is when he says that " the combat shotgun is the only good shotgun this season!"... My brother in Christ have you heard of the gatekeeper?

Personally I think this season was great! We had lots of updates with lots content within each one, there was a lot of map changes at the beginning, and despite popular belief the cars have been really balanced since the beginning with lots of counters against them if anything they were kind of underpowered at the beginning of the season either way epic did great this season if I had to say something bad about it I’d say the battle pass is eh but that doesn’t really make a difference and I’m excited for season 4!

Honestly, the reason why this season sucked for me was because of the balancing issues with the cars and all that nonsense. At first, the cars were stupidly overpowered to the point where if you didn’t even have a car, you might as well not even play the match because you’d get effortlessly destroyed. The cars were objectively too overpowered and they NEEDED to be nerfed for the sake of balance. The problem with the nerfs was that it nerfed the cars so much to the point where they were completely unusable because of how weak they were. Here’s the thing, I’m all for Epic adding powerful gimmicks, but if you’re going to add a gimmick that’s supposed to be powerful, it should be powerful to the point where you win at least 6-7 times out of ten, but not so much to the point where you’re practically a god in comparison to the other player who stands no chance against you. That’s all. At first, the cars were too overpowered, but now they’ve been completely nerfed into the ground. I can tell this season was Epic trying to experiment with something new, but they failed miserably because they failed to properly balance the cars.

This season was one of my favourites definitely the best this chapter, I love the theming with the wasteland mad max theme, I really love the cars even when they were quite op at the start of the season, every time I fight with a car I feel like I’m in an action film and if makes it really fun with friends. The loot pool isn’t bad either, I really like the combat ar and and the nitro fists are a fun rotation and melee weapon. The desert was fun with all the dunes and cacti and it’s fun to traverse. As a zero build player i really didn’t mind nitro and it was fun to use. Overall this season is like an 8/10 for me One of the best in recent fortnite Can’t top season og tho

Yeah this season was really bad and so boring yet I'm not surprised because I had already seen it coming. The cars at the start were so OP I didn't want to play until they nerfed them. And the summer was more than lazy I couldn't believe in the little work they did for it. Reload and Pirates of the Caribbean were the best moments of this season. I may not be the biggest Marvel fan but I hope next season somehow good so we can at least get one good chapter 5 season. I'll be completely honest even though the enforcer AR was slow that was my most used AR during this season mainy because of the high damage it had. I didn't use it that much in chapter 5 season 1 mainly because it was out classed by both the nemesis AR and the striker AR. But after using it this season I got to say I think it was a great weapon

Coming from the future here I have a statement to say for ch5 season 3 the season 3 curse goes on It was fucking terrible the battle pass was complete garbage the cars were overpowered and they removed the purpose of guns entirely the nitro fists were so fucking annoying I kept on getting killed by glitches the summer event was a complete joke Fortnite had their only 2 brain cells on vacation during this season actual garbage reload saved this season from becoming a complete and utter shit show.
