I think peoples are way too emotional about calling Slaf a bust. Each times he got called a bust, every time he proves the opposite. He have the same type of production in term of pts if you compare the last season vs this season, and he is in the 45-50pts this season range when he admitted himself that he have a BAD season beginning. Habs medias members predicted that he will gonna finish the season with the 60-70 pts range this season, and I 100% believe that he will gonna bounce back and finish the season with over 60-65 pts just like what Caufield did.

@ Puljujarvi never haved a 40pts season, and Slaf production at the moment is to the 50pts range. He knows that he have a bad start, so your comment makes no sense.

Got to many bottom 6 players or high risk players that dont seem to be turning out. Need better vets for our young ones and get rid of the ugly. Were a bit unclucky in getting the 1st pick in 2002 that being a bad year and the decision to pick slaf on a good world juniors showing is just annoying we picked slaf cause he was a shooter but he aint shooting or doing anything to create a play.

Don't worry, ups and downs of a young player, he'll bounce back. Plus, he played a lotwith dach, which doesn't help. It's really mental right now, he'll be fine when montreal will be competing.
