@@PaulfromOregon not if you have the energy, and the total amount per week is not to much. its like if your body can chop down 100 trees a week. you can do 15 trees a day, or - 40 one day, 30 another day, and 30 the last day. same principles as your previous wokrout regime i guess.

That bar is sweet!! I love training sqauts with OHP. For some reason, legs prior to pressing always works really well with me. Looking great dude, I hope you're happy and healthy!

Looks good despite the lack of sleep. I'd still slow down by about double for muscle building over conditioning style, like 2s down, pause squeeze, 2s up, for all exercises, and go for 6-8-10 reps, again just me

So I've been following Mike Israetel with Renaissance Periodization for my muscle building science doses. What I'm getting from him is explosive as possible on the concentric, slow eccentric and pause for stretch at the bottom. I really like that he has a PhD, been a conventional body builder, does collabs with the big name calisthenics dudes, has a sick sense of humor and just seems trustworthy. You're learning as he provides you with depravity and low brow humor. Maybe not your proverbial cup o' tea, but worth checking out anyways. His videos calling out fitness charlatans like "V Shred" are amazing.

I slept 8 hours last night and woke up miserable tired, lol. I wake up at 6 and it's dark now until 7. The difference to waking up at 6 in summer to the sun, and 6 in the fall/winter to darkness, is hella humongous psychologically.
