Here I am at 59 years old enjoying a dance routine from 44 years ago. It's like my grandad in 1980 watching a dance show from 1936.

Watching these beautiful and gorgeous girls dancing is indeed a sight for sore eyes.

Absolutely perfect - great classic song, fresh routine, future feelings, amazing Legs (mainly fascinating dancer Sue) - simply brilliant.

Every song was a favourite with Legs and Co. doing the moves.

This is so awesome to remind me in our generation we had fake nothing on. Real hair, nails, no fake boobs. No injections to puff up anything and their behinds are just fine. its a shame how women are portrayed today. I looked just like those girls. I am 69 and can still use minimal blush, mascara and a bit of eye shadow . I don't like pain so fake anything made me run the other way!!!

''My life can flash away as much as it likes because I am not going to die...'' Alex Drake from the first episode of Ashes to Ashes the sequel to Life on Mars. Have been in love with this song ever since!

As a teenager I had a huge crush on one of the dancers. As an older gent, I have a crush on all of them 😂 Shame you cut off the video at the start of the UB40 song. I bought ‘the earth dies screaming’ on 7” single… very cheerful!

This extraordinarily complex and beautiful choreography is on a par with Beyoncé's Single Ladies.
@hd-xc2lz4 жыл бұрын
Sarcasm? Yes? No? Not that Single Ladies' choreography remains interesting past a few viewings, but this Leg's & Co. choreography was corny, even back in the '70s. We used to laugh at this stuff.
@-HRH4 жыл бұрын
@@hd-xc2lz No I mean it. It's complex and creative. Not perfectly executed but hey ho.

No , there's not a fat thigh or clumpy woman be seen anywhere in this mesmerising Legs & Co classic dance routine .
@robbie0076 жыл бұрын
Whilst the ghosting is a bit irritating now, then this was new and fancy and I understand why it was used for effect. Not a typical dance routine and in fact in part they are very robotic. And this was before this dance craze really took off. Sue's dance at 2.50 is really hyptonising and she and Lulu look very sexy here - love the hair
@mjones40834 жыл бұрын
Yes , Sue was an exceptionally gifted dancer .

Love Legs & Co but this one was ruined by the Special Effects over the dancers for me.One of my all time favourite tracks.

Why does seeing Dennis Waterman singing that song make me think of David Walliams in Little Britain? Legs & Co starts at 1:01.

I was wondering why this episode wasn't shown on BBC4 and then the answer came after the Legs routine. Shame. And the ghosting effect spoilt the dance. What the hell were they thinking of!?

This whole scene feels like its from blade runner. Its otherworldy and Lulu and Sue just haunt me haha

But it was 2 years before Blade runner... Maybe Ridley Scott has been inspired by this wonderful track ? 🤔

Can't decide whether this is shite or the dancing suits the song once described (I thought very apprpriately) as "angular".

That wasn't a ghosting effect. It's what analogue telly used to look like when it rained too hard.
