Great workout thanks. My son David in England and me in New Zealand are doing the 30 day challenge. Because of the different time zones he does day 10 on day 10. I do day 10 on the 11th as we are ahead by a lot of hours!. Currently 7:45am 18°C. Have a great day.

What’s the difference between depth alternating squats vs Reverse Lunges? They look the same to me
