Today was my first time exercising after having two hip replacements and back surgery. I’m 60 years old and recently lost 75 lbs. doing Intermittent Fasting and Healthy Keto. Now I need to tighten up all this loose flab! 😂 I did have to modify on the reverse lunges but it was still a great workout. Thank you!!
Our 50lb weight used to just be for my husband but now I’m strong enough to use it! Loved the abs at the end of this workout! Love you Sydney! 💪

I see that crossfit hasn't changed some of there rules, they still banana too much in there handstand push ups, and it looks like there practicing a hollow back handstands, I might add, but I see there muscle ups are getting better cuz they don't chicken wing now
