Hi Ritvik, yes, regular bus service is available, ticket is 700 rupees, no charges for cycles, simply load it on the roof top. That's it. Bus starts early morning from leh bus stand . Tempo and taxi shared, charges are 3000 per person and additional 1000 charges for cycle on the top. So bus is anyways best.
