Tibet and Ladakh (Leh part) are very similar, have similar foods like Thupka and Momo and TIngmo (steamed leavened buns) . The ones with pork fillings also , in china they call that Baaoza. Before China annexed Tibet, Tibet was claiming (trying to annex Ladakh and most ppl of Ladakh opposed saying they are separate nation, so they joined india who gave them freedom and protection from Tibet. Now of course things are very different ... Be careful not to call Ladakhi as Tibetian tho, they may take offence ...
@Nga_Bhodpa_yeen2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for scapegoat and defame Tibet on food politics, didn't expect such hate allegations for Tibet and Tibetans since Tibet itself is a victim of expansionism for centuries from East and West. May truth prevails someday.
@rational02 жыл бұрын
@@Nga_Bhodpa_yeen Sorry dude, no offense intended, i am a big supporter of Tibet and love Tibetans, nicest people on earth. But so are Ladakhi. i am just telling you a bit of truth, now mostly in history. So it is not a big issue these days . But an outsider must know what not to do in a place they are visiting, and calling Ladakh as part of Tibet is a big NO NO . How would you feel if i said Tibet is part of China and called you chinese ❓(assuming you are Tibetan) .

The borders are just drawn by the British spheare of influence. Thats how the North-East, Andaman & Northern HP got added to the New-Delhi state.
@rational02 жыл бұрын
@@alani3992 And that is also how sindh , parts of afghanistan , west punjab and east bengal got taken out of india. Be it british or other kingdoms, borders were drawn by the more powerful states that invaded and won wars. Or there was some deal between the kings / rulers. islam itself spread by the sword all over the world . The europeans took over entire continents and genocided the locals.... North and south america , australia NZ , they did the slave trade in africa and then the colonies all over asia and africa ... and so on. BTW what is the culture of the NE states of Assam, Manipur, Tripura, ...? So what is your point?

@@alani3992 Andaman is ruled by many indian kings in past. Northeast some state like Assam, Manipur, tripura all are mostly Indian based kings. Don't say they brought under control by British 🤦🏻♂️.
