Whether hotel is available in Pangham and any inner line permit for Nubra vally is required.

Many homestays are available and inner line permits are terminated now. You have to pay environment tax plus some other fees and it's mandatory. You can apply for it online, 2 days in advance.

The bus stand is near Pangong Lake. You can see at the end of the video. The bus runs from Leh to Pangong Lake on every Sunday and Wednesday at 7 AM and the same bus returns from Pangong Lake to Leh next day at 7AM

Still inner line permit required while travelling via bus there?

Inner line permit is terminated now. But still you have to pay environment fees of Rs. 400 one time and wildlife fees of Rs. 20 per day. It is mandatory. You can apply for it online two days in advance and keep a soft or hard copy with you. You have to take it while traveling on a bus.

Buses run between 7-8 AM from Srinagar. Ordinary bus fare approx. Rs 980 and Semi Deluxe bus fare approx. Rs 1250. I will suggest to book your ticket one day in advance. So you get the accurate information about your bus journey from the ticket booking counter.
