hello! thanks for watching and leaving a comment. just to follow up, the seller was always very professional in responding to rma requests and issuing a full refund with no delay. i dont know why the retailer was having such an issue with properly describing the camera condition accurately, however i was satisfied with the final resolution, with the only real loss was a loss of time. thanks again and i hope all your photography acquisitions go much better than this one. cheers the Rabbit =:3
