@@ComplicatedThings if you arent going to use the clunky EVF - I suggest you get yourself a screw on magnifier either 1.25X or 1.5X it helps with critical focus - the 35 lux you have may also fool you unfortunately because if you use the rangefinder you will come across front or back focus issues, with this lens especially in nearer subjects - if you use the EVF finder you wont have this problem as you are looking at focus on chip ...I'm sure your buddy Matt can sort you out- nice bloke and a gentleman - and this is my little pay it forward for your excellent works on tilt swivel ...cheers Pete

Thank you so much. I think one of the things I’m so enjoying about the M is my freedom from ultra precision focus and working more in the spur of the moment seeing the bigger image through the glass range finder. So even though my percentage of sharpness is pourer, the way I’m shooting is so different that it makes up for it. I would like to try the EVF but then I think why don’t I just shoot with my SL2?
