When using SmartPole, is it possible in the Measure mode to measure the same point with both the total station and the GS receiver using a single button, without switching between TS and GS modes? Ideally, the measured points should have the same name.

Is simultaneous measurement of total station and GNSS receiver (Meas+GS) only possible during station setup?

Yes, it is only implemented in Setup. We don't say "simultaneous" because it's not, it's just "one button to trigger both measurements. Kind regards, Leica Geosystems team
