Leicester fan here who was at the game yesterday. We were woeful, particularly in the first half and Everton were miles better. Everton came and played football from the start and got their goal. We were there for the taking. Dyche surrendered the initiative in the second half and I really don't get it. If Everton carried on playing, they'd have won that game comfortably. The first half actually vindicated people that are critical of Dyche in you showed that you can actually play and he so often has you playing with the handbrake on, much like Cooper to be honest, who I'm already convinced isn't the man for us. On the whole the game was a very poor advert for premier league football.

Agreed. Both teams played like newly promoted Championship teams meaning your team has an excuse for their play but mine does not.

@kyd70 you say that, but our team actually has plenty of Premier League experience in it. The football is very poor. I can see why Forest binned Cooper off. He has one win in eighteen premier league games.

Manager in game management found wanting again ... If I'm Jake O'Brien I'm whacking a transfer request in Jan, why buy a new CB thats desperately neeeded and persevere with Mr Haphazard?? Again I think O'Brien deals with the set piece they score from with relative ease

Amongst all the negativity, let me try this: This was a hard-earned and valuable point to kickstart our season with. The players showed character managing to hold on to the draw, and not let this one slip away as well. For the players that's an important boost. The team need to find the positives where they can to mentally stay on top. COYB!

This team is horrible, mate. 5 goals in 3 games is probably the ONLY positive. Nervous on the ball. Regularly fail to string forward passes together. Keane should NEVER wear an EVE shirt. At this point, we should be promoting 16yr olds

Really concerned that in every game the players energy and concentration falls off a cliff around the 70 minute mark. Couple that with Dyche’s poor subs and you can see why we can’t see games out.

I get Ndiaye might be tired but even when he is tired he needs to stay on. He is the only one that gets us out and up the pitch. I don’t get dyche needed by to revert to seeing the game out rather than trying to kill it off.

Dyche decision making at times is poor but it’s about time some of these players take some responsibility. That game should’ve been out of sight before any of these “bad subs were made” take your chances and defend well.

2 bad subs killed the momentum struggled from then on dyche disision making is becoming more erratic.

Shit result against a piss poor Leicester team that didnt look a threat for 73 minutes until our defence goes weak on set plays again and Pickford becomes Dracula (terrified of crosses) Lost the impetus when Lindstrom and Ndiaye went off, replaced by two olayers that cant go forward

I’m a big Everton fan from Glasgow I am really concerned about us this season my mother is from Chester and they are all Man U fans apart from her cousin who is the only EFC fan in the family he’s told me stories of past glory and historical wins but it’s unfortunate to say we are far off that now I really hope we can stay up but if we do we can’t stay where we are we need to progress up the table even if it’s one place up year upon year

That last 10-15 minutes was extremely painful to watch. I must have groaned and/or used the word "shit" about a thousand times. To a man they all looked like schoolboys. Tarks and Keane are crap on crosses, and don't get me started on England's Number One!! He makes some great saves but he is a LIABILITY. He doesn't command his 6 yard box and he has at least one major wobble in every single match (today was when he tried to drop the ball over his line). More points dropped after bad substitutions again.

Why cany anyone see that Pickford is a real problem in goals he's so scared to come of his line a claim the ball. Most goals we have conceded have being crossed into the 6 yard box which you would expect our keeper to claim but where is he.

Pickford hasn’t been spectacular but there many more to blame before we get to him. Keane wearing EVE shirt is an utter disgrace. WE ALL KNOW we’ve shipped goals like this before when he was on the pitch, and he’s doing it again. Does he have nudes of the owner? How is he still on the squad???

With better defense, we lost 8pts or 3. Either way, THE ENTIRE LEAGUE KNOWS THIS LOT SHIPS GOALS AT THE END. I’m not sure I’ve seen a worse EVE team. They’re nervous on the ball. Give up the ball easily under pressure. Shoot like 1st year academy. Honestly, Keane should get punched if he ever wears anything blue for the rest of his life.
