A tip for cracking your eggs! Crack them into a small bowl or cup individually before pouring into the main bowl so that if you get a shell, it doesn't end up in your mix. It's a lot easier to get out of a small bowl or cup with just the egg. Can't wait to meet you tonight in Boston!!!

I am the saaaame way with needles they always say my veins are too small. A tip is to always tell the person doing it “they usually use a butterfly needle” and they will get that tiny needle for you. I have always had to do this and they figure it out real quick that I just have teenie veins 😂

Jaci- the trick to no egg shell Is to crack the egg on the flat counter instead of the ridge of the bowl…. Never any shell!!! Best tip I ever got 😊👍🏻
