I had the same ER thing a few weeks ago! Extremely bad pain in my lower right abdomen for a few days - went to urgent care for labs and they sent me to the ER for a CT. Nothing came up, I also had ultrasounds done. Sounds like it’s probably muscular, and I still have the discomfort off and on but it is better. Literally thought it was appendicitis too.

Y’all are definitely having ruptured cysts! I get these somewhere often and they are SO painful. The first time one ruptured it felt like i couldn’t even stand up. I haven’t tried any remedies or medication, but it’s not life threatening.

Do you think your stomach pain could have been a kidney stone? In June 2020 I randomly woke up one morning with horrible pains in my stomach area. It was like a sporadic but extreme, sharp pain in two areas. Went to the ER they gave me morphine which immediately relieved it. Did a scan and it was a medium sized kidney stone! Was told it would pass in a few days and I’ve never had issues since.

I’m so sorry about your ER visit. I have been in your spot before and it’s so scary and hard. Sending so much love to you and prayers for a better next few days. Also, not to give any unsolicited advice (because we hate those girlies who do that) but be careful with the pain meds because if you’re not eating and drinking with them, they can constipate you and it’s not a fun time. I sadly speak from personal experience

I had the exact same ER thing happen to me a couple weeks ago!! I ended up having a ruptured ovarian cyst, though everyone suspected it was appendicitis until I got an ultrasound. And when I was there, the girl next to me was having the same symptoms. I suppose it’s quite common but I never knew this was a thing until it happened and now it feels like it’s happening to people all around me!

yes I think it's so common for women! Same thing happened to me and thought my appendix had ruptured, except it was on the wrong side. I wish women's health care issues like this were more commonly talked about/taught so it wouldn't be so scary and confusing when it happens to many of us!

Hi love. Your ER experience reminded me so much of what I went through for years. If this all happened at the start of your menstrual cycle, it could be a condition called endometriosis. If not, disregard! It just takes on average 10 years to get a diagnosis and if it rang true for you , I don’t want you to have to suffer as long as I did. Reach out if I can be of any help ! 💕💕
