I had Invisalign and noticed a stain on one of my teeth too! When getting my teeth cleaned, the stain would go away.. for a few months. During my last cleaning, I asked my dentist (who did not do my Invisalign) why I kept getting a stain in that spot & after looking closely, she suspected that when my attachment was removed.. some of my enamel was also removed 🙃 so I hope your stain isn't due to them removing too much enamel.. but the stain can be removed easily when your dentist polishes your teeth.

I wash my sheets once every two weeks, and on the weekend in-between, I give them a little spray refresh with a homemade deodorizing spray (equal parts vinegar + water + some essential oil drops). The vinegar smells bad at first, but let the sheets air dry and the smell disappears! Plus vinegar eats away odors + naturally disinfects :) You could use clear vodka in place of the vinegar if the smells bothers you!

I had Invisalign and I have a permanent retainer but I still wear my Invisalign retainers at night as well, but if I do forget it know it shouldn't be an issue because I have the permanent ones.

This may sound dumb but I feel like the best way to be in your health era is to just not think about it at all! Like I used to obsess over health and fitness and it was fine but once i got burnt out I always felt like I had to obsess about it again in order to get to that same “health” that I was before. But the only thing that works for me lately is literally just not thinking about it too much ! Also, intermittent fasting has worked a lot for me as well just to help not think about food so much and just enjoy whatever I’m having once my fast is over.

JACI WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GET THE PERMANENT RETAINER!!! They are such a hassle when it comes to flossing and eating, stuff gets stuck in it all of the time and you start to feel gross and claustrophobic after a while. It also gave me a lisp after I first got it in. I played with it with my tongue so much over a few years the adhesive wore down and I popped it off and it was lowkey the best day of my life.
