Leigh Brackett's "Nemesis From Terra" spoiler free review. Where should you start with Leigh?

Tonight I review Leigh Brackett's debut novel and retro Hugo award winning book "The Nemesis from Terra" AKA "Shadow over Mars". I provide a plot overview, talk to what I liked, what I didn't like and give it a rating.
I'm keen to read some more Brackett, so what would you recommend as one of her better novels?

Respectfully. Nowhere. Its cliche, with unpolished writing, and considered "soft wimpy soy boy" sci fi. Hard pass on everything Bracket. As you accurately described, even the editors don't bother with leigh bracket. It's lazy publishing without effort. Cash grabs for noobs.

That's a shame to hear, I've heard some people really praise her work. However, if this one is anything to go buy, it's a bit disappointing.
