The Jhanas have been my new subject of study, and I can't wait to practice them. From what I have found so far, Mr. Brasington teaches the Jhanas in the most clear, direct, and accessible way. You are most welcome! Leigh Brasington's approach is very clear and straight forward. If you like his style of teaching, you might want to check out his teacher Ayya Khema.
