Here's the recipe... 1cup sour cream 1(4oz) can chopped green chillies 3cups cooked rice (divided) 3/4 lb Monterey jack cheese (divided) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Mix sour cream n chillies. Layer one cup of rice then half of sour cream mixture, then half the Monterey cheese in a 1 and half quart casserole dish n repeat. Cover with remaining rice and cook uncovered 325 degrees for about 30 min or till bubbly. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese then stick back in oven till melted.

When I make mine I only use Monterey n I don't bother layering I just mix it all together n warm. It's so addictive. Enjoy
