I have to admit, I have heard of the old man. Have read about him mainly on mainstream media buy really never dug deeper. One thing I noticed though is the level of respect he has for various believe systems, from Chriatianity to Islam. I'm so happy the government finally did the right thing. Baba Mutwa is a treasure that should have been protected a long time ago. I'm very happy he can be recognised in his sunset years finally. His children can find peace and the nation remember who they are. I've been enriched in all my visits to Baba Vusamazulu Mutwa. His knowledge is life changing. It pained me to see people from All the corners of the globe each time I saw him and not South Africans. Now that gap has been filled. Thank you Minister Nathi Mthethwa for doing the right thing. I think Governments did not want to give him the 'spotlight' because they were worried that he might expose all their dirty deeds (past ,present and possibly future), now that he is gone they are relived. Other prominent figures who have the same type of gifts governments also sees them as some kind of a threat. (When I say Government I'm not just talking about ANC but also the true Rulers of this country that work behind the scenes) People that still think the ANC are the ones running the country, are completely brainwashed.

I discovered Credo Mutwa when I read one of his books whilst in high school in the mid-seventies. The man had a profound effect on me back then and today, forty-five years later, I still treasure the wisdom, compassion and foresight of this great son of the African soil. Life has not been kind to Baba Mutwa and his family, yet he has made peace with his past. A true legend among men.

I promise it hurt my heart to hear he passed. I'm not the kind of person that gets impressed or inspired easily because I'm very spiritual and worldly concepts and ideology dont appeal to me. But I said there are two people I would have loved to meet in this century. Credo mutwa was someone I was looking forward to meeting. What a blessing it must have been to learn from him. I feel a great connection in my soul and I believe in my heart it's not an accident. I have visions I have gifts and I'm just now starting to accept my life and journey is not one loved and accepted by many.

Hail fellow brother. Your life did not go to waste. In fact the very vibrations of your existence echoes through times still to come. A life of a man fortuned can only be realised once self sacrifice has completely been embodied. Thank you for your sacrifice. It has surely touched me on my life journey. I too consult the other dimensions for advise in my own way of solitude in a world of material order when i get the chance and time. I wish we could have done this together. Maybe i will see you soon 😉
