Leister Tutorial | Nozzle aligment of the UNIFLOOR 500

The UNIFLOOR 500 robot comes standard with a narrow weld nozzle, and the airflow is adjustable. Due to the narrow nozzle outlet and the airflow adjustment flap, the welder can be conveniently used universally on both natural- as well as plastic floors without changing the nozzle. The scope of delivery also includes a nozzle adjustment gauge, allowing the operator to check the nozzle alignment from time to time and make the proper adjustments, if needed. That way you always get high quality welds.
