The material PVC crystal clear can be easily welded with the Leister welding machines SEAMTEK W-900 AT, UNIPLAN 300/500 or VARIANT T1. Different sizes and shapes can be quickly adapted to achieve the perfect result every time. For hot wedge and hot air welding of PVC crystal clear, it is very important to have a film that can be welded well and does not have too strong shrinkage properties. Heavier films are usually more suitable than lighter ones. It is also important to use the correct nozzle and wedge settings and to determine the temperature at the bottom of the welding window. When welding with the SEAMTEK W-900 AT, you have the option of using the differential of the rollers to compensate for the different properties of fabric-reinforced tarpaulins and films.
