Just got new Varimat 2 Excellent weld quality. big improvement from my 10 year old Varimat my new one is 230 volt runs at max 1148 degrees F weld speed 15 feet a minute probing and cutting out the seam confirms it weld full seam at speed. My old machine could barely manage 13 feet per minute depending on the ambient temp. And the new handle design is a game changer to weld under low areas. and V2 has a really nice box that is perfect the top opens and the end opens so you can roll machine out without having to lift it out. And the digital display is awesome complete adjust of all Fan/Heat/speed. 30+ year plus commercial/Industrial roofing this is the best machine for the buck

It's awesome but I always run test welds through the day to make sure that the temp is good for a good weld just what I was taught.
