Patrons are eating and chilling in the ground floor of Pavilion Mall Kuala Lumpur, where the restaurants and eateries are. People are seen taking selfies and video content around the Pavilion Crystal Water Fountain, as it is known. There are many brand boutiques inside of Pavilion Mall Kuala Lumpur.
