@@gigachad9076 At the start Sunday's matches all teams start at 0 points, teams get points by getting high placement and getting kills. A team achieves match point when they receive 50 points. After getting 50 points and achieve match point, they must now win a game to win the tournament. Even if a team wins before reaching match point, it doesn't matter since they're not at match point until they have at least 50 points. And likewise, it doesn't matter if you get 60, 70, 80 or even 100 points, all that matters is you win.

It was a great competition to the audience but not to the pros. Multiple APAC-N teams got COVID when they arrived and lost their chance to play in the biggest tourney of the year. Some even missed their chance to play in Grand Final. It was suck that EA did not learn anything from Sweden's tourney. There's proof of this when you watch what happens to 100T after they hit match point, they got bombarded from everywhere as soon as the Newcastle wall popped. They could've definitely played aggro and made it work, but everybody knew who to chase.
