How to make Easy Aloo Parotta
Potato - 2 Big / 3 Medium
Wheat flour - 2 Cups
Salt( according to taste )
Water - 1 Cup
Refined oil - 1 tbs
ginger - 11/2 tbs (Finely chopped)
green chillies - 4 nos (Finely chopped)
Big onion - 2 big (Finely chopped)
Refined oil - 11/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
Curry Leaves
Salt( according to taste )
Turmeric powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Ghee

ഇതു കൊള്ളാം. തീർച്ചയായും ട്രൈ ചെയ്യും.. പണ്ട് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. പിന്നെ പിന്നെ മടിയായി. ഫില്ലിംഗ് ഇത്ര smooth ആകാത്തതായിരുന്നു എന്റെ പ്രശ്നം, എന്നു തോന്നുന്നു. രണ്ടു വിധവും നോക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. രണ്ടു പ്ളാസ്റ്റിക് ഷീറ്റിന്റെ ഇടയ്ക്കു വെച്ചു പരത്തി എടുക്കുന്ന ഒരു രീതി ആയിരുന്നു. ലക്ഷ്മി ചേച്ചി നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്, ആദ്യമായാണ് ഞാൻ ചേച്ചീടെ vlog കാണുന്നേ , പെട്ടെന്ന് കഴിയുന്ന അവതരണം , പിന്നെ നമ്മുടെ വീടിന്റെ തന്നെ അങ്കണം കുറച്ചു കൂടി മനോഹരമാക്കുന്നു അത്. ഞാൻ Cotton hill school ൽ ചേച്ചീടെ 3 batch നു പുറകെ എത്തിയിരുന്നു. അന്ന് തന്നെ ചേച്ചിയെ സ്കൂൾ Election ഒക്കെ നിന്ന് പരിചയപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു , സംസാരിച്ചിട്ടുമുണ്ട്. അന്നത്തെ ആ ഒരു സംസാര രീതി ഈ സംസാരത്തിനിടയിലും എനിക്ക് feel ചെയ്തു. അതു കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇത്രയും എഴുതിയത്. ചേച്ചി നോക്കുമോ എന്ന് പോലും അറിയില്ല. വെറുതെ ഒരു nostalgic feeling School ന്റെ കൂടെ ഉണ്ടായി അതാ, എന്തായാലും നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട് ലക്ഷ്മി ചേച്ചി , ആലു പറോട്ട ഞാൻ try ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട് Thank YOU

ഈ ചേച്ചി എന്റെ അമ്മയെ പോലെയാണല്ലോ.... എത്ര പഴയ പാത്രം ആയാലും... പൊട്ടിയതും അരിക് പോയത് പിടി പോയതും ഒന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കില്ല.... പുതിയത് വാങ്ങിയാൽ അത് അലമാരയിൽ കൊണ്ട് വെക്കും.... ചോദിച്ചാൽ പറയും. വിരുന്നുകാർ വരുമ്പോൾ എടുക്കാന്ന്.... ആര്.. എടുക്കില്ല... എത്ര ആലോചിച്ചിട്ടും പിടി കിട്ടുന്നില്ല.. ഇപ്പോൾ ഇതാ ഈ ചേച്ചിയും ഇങ്ങനെ 😀😀😀😀😀👍
