I made 66 small kuzhalappam with this proportion using drinking glass ...1 thing I noticed is, it's better to take less coconut and it needs to be grinded completely...or els dough keeps on breaking while rolling.....and try to roll in btw plastic paper....then u dn want to use oil or and floor for dusting....dn use floor at any cost for dusting...bcz this cause dry texture of dough and it will break while rolling....these r my observations....rest everything fine ....very tasty ...thanku for recipe...
